Terms & Conditions
- We provide life jackets for all water sport activities.
- The price for Jet Ski includes the instructor.
- For snorkeling, the price includes fins, a mask, snorkel, and boat.
- Rates are valid with a minimum booking of 2 pax.
- All published rates are inclusive of government tax & service charge.
- All activities are covered by insurance from PT. Jasaraharja Putera.
- Activities may be canceled due to unsafe weather or wind conditions without charge.
- Cancellations within 1 day prior to the activity:
- From 11:00 – 17:00: 50% of the contract rate
- From 17:00 onward: 100% of the contract rate
